Weigh in Wednesday - 4/4/18

Much better this week compared to the last several weeks. I'm still struggling some with my nutrition, but I'm focusing on tracking for this month, good or bad, it all gets logged. This week is spring break and I find that when I'm home I want to snack, snack, snack. I definitely do better when I'm working, since I'm limited to the food I bring to school.

I'm also feeling good about this week as I feel like I won a victory against a potential cold. I forgot my vitamins 2 days in a row and could feel it coming, but after resting yesterday I feel much better. :)
